Megan has over 9 yrs of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry. She launched VO2 in 2014 after coaching at Nelson PrimalFit and the NDCC for 3 years. She is a lover of lifting, forest adventures, the sun and all dogs! Megan has 3 not-so-little kids who are avid soccer & volleyball players.

Jenna was born and raised in Nelson. She is an outside adventurer and a well rounded fitness enthusiast with a passion for olympic lifting. She is a mom of 3 and has been in the functional training game since 2006. She has a bit of a competitive edge and loved competing and coaching Roller Derby for 5 years.

Alicia was born and raised in Nelson. She is a full time student and a mom. Alicia started at VO2 in 2014 as an individual brand new to fitness. Her passion for training grew and she seamlessly transitioned into the role of coach. She currently coaches athletes with disabilities in preparation for the BC Special Olympics.  

Todd Cutler

Todd was raised in Nelson playing soccer, hockey and weight lifting. He continues to do all three. He has a very keen eye for detail as a coach and is incredibly patient while coaching technical skills. He has 2 teenage sons who are both skilled soccer players.
