Open- Gym Sessions

Mon - Fri 5am to 9pm

Sat & Sun 7am to 7pm

Group Conditioning Classes

Wed 615am & 845am 

Sat 845am

Sessions are 75 minutes in duration.

Members are able to link 2 sessions together if they require more time in the gym. 

Digital sign-ins are required for all gym sessions.

After hours access is permitted.
