UPPER 

Mondays are primarily focused on training the UPPER body. Think chest, back, shoulders, arms & core. We incorporate strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. 

Tuesday

LOWER 

Tuesdays are primarily focused on training the LOWER body. Think glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves and some core. We incorporate strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. 

Wednesday

ENDURANCE/ CONDITIONING

This class is a sweat-sesh.

We implement full body movements, lots of conditioning (aka cardio) and core work. Be prepared to work hard and have fun in this weekly favourite.

Thursday

Fridays are primarily focused on training the LOWER body. Think glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves and some core. This is always a different variation than Tuesdays training. 

We love to squat. Oh yes, we love it. 

Saturday

This class is a sweat-sesh and usually a partner or team workout. 

We implement full body movements, lots of conditioning (aka cardio) and core work. Be prepared to work hard and have fun in this weekly favourite.

Our coaches like to jump in to this group workout. It is required that you are experienced before you attend this class.
