Q: Do I need to be fit to join Vo2?

A: No you do not. All fitness levels are welcome. We offer fitness programs for people of all levels and ages with proper progressions to get to your goals.


​Q: How long before I see results?

A: That really depends on you. How many times you come to class and how you take care of your nutrition, sleep and stress. We are here to guide you and provide advice on all areas in order for you to improve your fitness.


​Q: How many times a week should I attend?

A: We recommend 3-5 times per week. Everyone is different and requires a different approach. We are here to help guide you along the way.


​Q: Will I get big and bulky?

A: Only if you want to and put a lot of time and effort to it. Our program is designed to make you fit, lose body fat, increase muscle mass and get you toned. You will be a better version of yourself. Will you build muscle and get lean, yes. Will you get bulky.. probably not. You get what you want to train for, and we are here to help you reach your goals, no matter what they are.


​Q: Will I hurt myself?

A: Our job is to keep you safe and progress you correctly. We do everything we can to make sure you understand the mechanics of a movement (doing it well) then that you have consistency in movement (doing it well, often) and LASTLY, we will introduce intensity (doing things well AND fast). 


Q: What is the class structure like?

A: In our classes we work as a group with individualized coaching. We start with stretches and mobility work, followed by the days training. It varies every day.
